Azona purchased this property, helping the vendors to retire from their commercial guest house operation. Creative structural alterations providing additional amenities and resolving fire safety issues, unlocked the full potential of the building. Full refurbishment and repurposing of the building, together with planning permission for a change of use, gave the building a new lease of life as a residential co-living development for eight young professionals. The result was a significant uplift in value allowing the project to be refinanced and our investors to be repaid on the agreed terms.
