Julian Okoye
Director
Julian is a strategic business leader with over 25 years’ experience building relationships, closing deals, and delivering multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in the nuclear power, electricity generation, renewables, and utilities industries.
He is a Chartered Engineer with both Engineering and MBA degrees and has held senior management and director-level positions at a variety of start-up and established organisations.
One of his most significant roles was business development director for the start-up of a successful multi-million-pound state-of-the-art renewable energy facility.
As a black belt in judo, and Arsenal supporter, Julian was delighted to be commissioned by PwC to deliver business planning, marketing strategy and governance training to amateur sports clubs. This business skills training was made available to groups across the country as part of the Sports England, London 2012 Olympic legacy programme.
Julian has been a volunteer for over 10 years with a homeless charity that provides food, hot drinks, clothing, and toiletries to the needy and disadvantaged on the streets on Bristol. This experience has provided further insight into the housing challenge in the UK and is an additional driver for him.
Julian is a dedicated family man. It’s this commitment to family values and an appreciation of the importance of a safe and secure home environment that spurs his desire to use his skills and experience to create places where individuals can work, live and thrive.
